Shipping Information

Shipping is a flat $1 per item to anywhere in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO.

Sorry, we don't ship to international addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Return of New Items

You may return any new deathtoscum.com item for any reason within 30 days after you receive your shipment for a refund or store credit. All items you wish to return must be in their original, unopened packaging to be accepted back for a refund or store credit.

To return item(s), simply fill out the return section on the back of the packing slip that came with your order and send the item back to us at the address below.

Original shipping costs and Return postage costs are non-refundable unless we made an error ie: we shipped an incorrect or defective item on your order. We will only refund standard postage via First Class Mail or Air Mail. Do not return products via expedited shipping as we will not reimburse you. Return insurance is also not reimbursable.

Return of Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@deathtoscum.com for information on obtaining a replacement item. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced by the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.

Clothing (t-shirts, etc.)

Any unused or unworn item may be returned for a refund, credit or size exchange within 30 days. Items must be in new condition and still have its original tags and packaging materials.
